AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PUBLICATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY
ROUTE MAPS; REPEALING SECTION 5.684 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971;
AND AMENDING SECTION 5.686 OF THAT CODE.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 5.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is repealed.
Sect 2 . Section 5.686 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows:
5.686 Snow Emergency - Amendment of Snow Emergency Route Map The city
manager or the manager's designee shall from time to time review the snow
emergency route map and may change the priority of roadways or add new
roadways to the priority system. Such changes shall be made as a part of an
administrative order and shall be subject to appeal as provided in section 5.045 of
this code.
Section 3 . The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the consent of the City Attorney,
is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein, or in other
provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
