Prior to permit issuance, a "homeowner" must provide the city with two forms of <br />documentation to verify the applicable occupancy/residency requirement. Acceptable <br />documentation includes voter's registration, driver's license, homeowner's insurance, income tax <br />filing, and/or utility bill. A "homeowner" under subsection (a) of this provision must also <br />provide the city with a copy of the property deed to verify ownership. <br />5. Administrative Order Nos. 58-91-07, 58-01-01 and 58-01-09 and any other <br />previously adopted administrative actions establishing boundaries of the WUNA residential <br />permit parking Zone B and commuter permit D are repealed. <br />6. If, by action of a hearing official having jurisdiction to review this administrative <br />order, any portion of this administrative order is stricken or the boundaries of the WUNA <br />residential permit parking Zone B is modified, such action by the hearings official shall have no <br />effect on the validity of any other section or provision hereof, all of which will remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Dated and effective this 3yd-day of August, 2015 <br />Administrative Order -- Page 3 of 3 <br />
