<br />In the Matter of the Opening of Tenth Avenue West frvm Polk Street to

<br />Chambers Street to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon,
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene 'by resolution duly adopted
<br />
<br />August 29, 1924, determined to open, layout, and establish Tenth Avenue West
<br />from Polk Street to Chambers Street in the City of Eugene, Oregon,
<br />
<br />And wpereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />
<br />said street was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the City Council by Ord-
<br />inance No. 4630, passed and approved February 2, 1925,
<br />And Whereas, the Viewers duly appointed 'by said Ordinance No. 4630 made and
<br />filed a report of their findings of benefits and damages to the property benefitted
<br />and the property damaged by the opening of sai d street,

<br />And Whereas, due noti ce of the consi dera tion of said report was gi ven and
<br />
<br />thereafter said report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 4831, passed and approve
