Bryson, <br /> <br />.~~~ <br /> <br />City Recorder. <br /> <br />"~',,,,,, <br />, .. <br />;,~ <br />-M <br /> <br />The following resolution for sale of Lot 12, Block 3, College Hill Park t,o <br />the In termountain Build.ing & Loan Association of Sal t Lake Ci ty was on motion <br />adopted: <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />VffiEREAS, the City of Eugene purchased from Lane County at Sheriff's sale <br />the hereinafter described property, for the purpose of protecting the City's <br /> <br />interest as a lien claimant in said property, and <br /> <br />VffiEREAS, the Intermountain Building & Loan Association of Salt Lake City, <br />Utah, holds a mortgage interest in said property, and. has paid to the City of <br />bugene the total amount of the taxes and liens held by said City against said <br />property, towit the sum of $680.75, now therefore be it resolved, <br /> <br />Tha t the Ci ty of Eugene convey sai d pro pe rty by deed to said Intermount ain <br />Building & Loan Association of Salt Lake City, Utah, and that the Mayor and Record- <br />er execute said deed in behalf of said City of Eugene.
