M. of said day, upon a petition for the vacatio <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />of Commercial Avenue from the East line of Jackson Street to the West line of <br /> <br />Adams Street, being located between Block 2 and 3 of Riverwood, an Addition to the <br /> <br />City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Recorder of the City of Eugene posted said notices and deliver <br />ed a copy thereof to the Register Publishing Company of the City of Eugene with <br /> <br />instructions to publish said notice, and <br /> <br />\fiffiEREAS, the said Register Publishing Company did not start publication <br />of said notice early enough so that there could have been thirty days' notice <br /> <br />prior to 1my 26, 1930, and <br /> <br />. <br />V~~REAS, said Register Publishing Company did start the publication of said <br /> <br />notice early enough so that thirty days would have elapsed before the regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Eugene to be held on Monday, the 9th <br /> <br />day of June, 1930; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gommon Council of the City of Eugene, <br /> <br />Oregon, that the hearing on the petition for the vacation of said portion of <br /> <br />Commercial Avenue be, and the same ishe.r>eby continued from.
