P. J. Bartle, of the EUgene. Hospl- <br /> tal and Clinic, regarding the responsibility of the city for patients sent to the <br /> ;19 hospital from the County Jail. The letter was ordered filed. <br /> It was pointed out by the City Recorder that warrant #48281 dated May 31p193~ <br /> in the amount of $62.60 drawn to the favor of Eugene Sand and Gravel Company had <br /> been mailed to said Company on JUne 20, 1938 and reported "not. received" by them <br /> up to this present time, and they request that a duplicate warrant be prepared.. <br /> They have agreed to sign a statement that In case the first warrant comes to their <br /> hands that they will return the same to the city.
