Gilbert aubmitted offer on February 14th be at this time sold to Mr. Gilbert with the following restrictions: 1st - No unti to cost less than $4500.00 2nd - All houses must conform to the specification pf the City Building code and to be built under supervision of the City Building Inspecto . 3rd - ~alls which ultimately will be between house and €arage to be of fire resistant construction. \ I On vote the motion was carried.
