<br />being ,located, on the West sideo,f 'Orchard Street betwe_en 19th and,. Fairmount
<br />I Boulevards.. The Board is making no recommendation on this ,request as it is
<br />I understood ~hat. this, and s.imil.ar. requests, are to be 'consid,ered by the Council.
