Miller was submitted by the City Manager who recommended that <br />the Council concur in the proposed suspension.' Miller. <br />~: <br />i <br /> <br />I would call your attention to the fact that this conviction was not in ' <br />the Municipal Court, but under the provisions of Ordinance #8906, Section 7, the , <br />Council has the right to suspend or revoke licenses held by taxi-cab companies and I <br />drivers for violations of the city ordinances, state or feueral laws.
