<br /> It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Bailey that the ordinance be read the

<br /> It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Bailey that the ordinance be read the
<br /> second time.

<br /> second time and referred to the Public Works Committee for a committee hearing
<br /> on the assessment roll to be held at 7:30 P.M. Thursday, September 4th at the
<br /> City Hall and that Council Bill No. 239 be held over for final consideration to
<br /> September 8, 1947.
<br /> Council Bill No. 246 - Re: Construction of cement sidewalk on the West side
<br /> 13 of Harris Street from 23rd to 25th Avenues ~ast, was submitted and read the first
<br /> time.
<br /> It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Bailey that the rules be suspended by
<br /> unanimous consent and the ordinance be read the second time. Motion carried.
