In the matter of the proposed vacation of a portion of Inavale" Street <br />and the re-location of such street, your committee has investigated the proposal <br />and recommends to the Common Council that no further action be taken with refer- <br />ence to the vacating ordinance and that the matter be held in. S. 99 Highway improvement <br />adjacent to the property involved.
