THIS MEETING WAS HELD TO GIVE THOSE <br />PROTESTING AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD ON THE MATTER. <br /> <br />AFTER CONSIDERABLE DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE CONTROVERSY THE BOARD EXCUSED THE OWNER <br />AND THOSE PROTESTING FOR FURTHER DELIBERATION; UPON MOTION BY MR. VAALER, SECONDED BY <br />MR. GILLILAN THE MATTER WAS TABLED AND THE OWNER WAS REQUESTED TO EXHAUST ALL POSSIBLE <br />MEANS OF SECURING AN ADDITIONAL TEN-FOOT STRIP 120 FEET LONG IN ORDER TO BRING THE TWO <br />LOTS FROM THE EXISTING 5,400 SQUARE FEET TO THE 6,000 SQUARE FEET EACH AS THE ORDINANCE <br />REQUIRES. <br /> <br />A REPORT OF THE OWNERS EFFORTS TO BE PRESENTED TO THE BOARD ON OR BEFORE ITS NEXT <br />REGULAR CALLED MEETING." <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY CRUMBAKER, SECONDED BY WELLS THAT THE REPORT BE ACCEPTED.
