<br />of-way condition on North Shasta Loop. E. K. Batemen, 3920 Shasta Loop, joined in the plea with
<br />Mr.. Mason. The Council suggested this item be considered at a Thursday noon cornmittee~of-the-who~e
<br />meeting. ._.
