He was also told that <br />where reinforced valley gutters are requested and installed, the cost of such irnta11ation will be <br />assessed to the property owner. <br /> <br />On the Whitbeck, McLean, and Ingalls project, Tom Hovet, McLean Boulevard, and Frank Hickenbottom, <br />2830 Whitbeck, inquired about sidewalks and drainage problems, and Eric G. Ostlund, owner of property <br />~ the southwest corner of 28th and Whitbeck, called attention to substandard size of his property as <br />the result of right-of-way necessary for the project. <br /> <br />Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to award contracts to the low bidder on each project, and to <br />award the contract on the low basic bid on the Garfield Street and 2nd Avenue project.
