Retaining Wall, 2170 Elk Avenue - Craig Robinson requested permission to construct <br />a retaining wall on each side of the driveway extending into the right-of-way of <br />Elk Avenue. The Public Works Department recommended permission be granted on a <br />revocable permit basis. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to authorize a revocable permit for the retaining wall. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />3. Wrecker's License, Machinery Exchange, 2750 Roosevelt Boulevard - G. T. Luedeman <br />requested the Council's favorable consideration of a license to wreck machinery <br />for the salvage of salable parts. <br /> <br />Mr.Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to recommend approval of the license. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4. Harlow Road Right-of-way, Greig - The Public Works Department recommended purchase <br />of land at 3435 Harlow Road from Earle L. Greig for $325.00 for widening Harlow Road. <br /> <br />., <br />115 <br /> <br />3/14/68 <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to approve the purchase. Rollcall vote.
