The Mayor <br />I said the matter of zoning a~d paving of the alley were two separa,te, issues. - The',Manager said a com- <br /> mercial building is on the property now, but it is non-conforming. <br />I Councilman Mohr asked Mr. Walker if he would feel the'paving were more equitable if the property were <br />t <br />. rezoned, and suggested Mr. Walker initiate a request for rezoning. <br />II <br /> . - <br />I!
