Planning Director explained that it <br /> was found a variety of zoning would be more practical than entire zoning to <br /> M-2. In the-planning for this particular area, it was found multiple family <br /> zoning would be compatib~e and that this would provide an opportunity to <br /> eliminate some industrial zoning.
