Annexation, Masonic Lodge - Planning Commission has recommended that the Council approve <br /> I 11/24/71 annexation of the property for a new si te for the Masoni c Lodge-, whi ch is being displaced <br /> by the Urban Renewal Agency. The lodge is under construction and they are in need of <br /> water servi ce. The Planning Commission has recommended approval, subject to an agreement <br /> between the city and the ledge that no request will be made for sanitary sewers until the <br /> ci ty can provi de s ervi ce to that area. <br /> In answer to Mr. Williams, City Manager explained that the agreement would relieve the <br /> city of providing sewer service before it is in a position to do so. <br /> e''', ,- Mr. McDonald rroved seconded by Mr. Mohr to approve the Planning Commission recommendation <br /> for annexation of the Masonic Lodge site located on Centennial Boulevard between Coburg <br /> 12/13/71 - 2 .... <br />
