<br /> B. Annexation, Masonic Lodge - Planning Commission has recommended that the Council approve
<br /> I 11/24/71 annexation of the property for a new si te for the Masoni c Lodge-, whi ch is being displaced
<br /> by the Urban Renewal Agency. The lodge is under construction and they are in need of
<br /> water servi ce. The Planning Commission has recommended approval, subject to an agreement
<br /> between the city and the ledge that no request will be made for sanitary sewers until the
<br /> ci ty can provi de s ervi ce to that area.
<br /> In answer to Mr. Williams, City Manager explained that the agreement would relieve the
<br /> city of providing sewer service before it is in a position to do so.
