Roll call vote; the motion <br /> carried unanimously, 6:0. <br /> Council Bills 2906, 2907t 2908t and 2909 were read the second time by council <br /> bill numbers only. <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bills be <br /> approved and given final passage. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL OF WARRANTS <br /> Ci ty Manager Mi chea 1 Gleason introduced consideration of the resolution <br /> authorizing administrative approval of warrants. He said the councilors <br /> di scussed the reso 1 ut i on on September 17 but not enough council ors were <br /> present to pass a motion. He said the resolution will permit the City to sell <br /> warrants for the Bancroft account before the bonds are sold. The wa rrants <br /> e will be used to pay contractors. <br /> Res. No. 4003--A resolution authorizing the City Manager <br /> to administratively approve and issue Local <br /> Improvement Warrants in an amount not to <br /> exceed $6,000,000 in the aggregate. <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, to adopt the <br /> resolution.
