He said Supplemental Budget No. 1 makes the <br /> City's budget and accounting system comply with Government Accounting <br /> Standards Board (GASB) Pronouncement #6, implements the Urban Services <br /> Agreement of the City and Lane County, and recognizes unanticipated revenues. <br /> GASB Pronouncement #6 concerns the City's special assessment (Bancrofting) <br /> program. <br /> Answering a question from Mr. Holmer, Mr. Wong said one member of the Budget <br /> Committee voted against recommending approval of Supplemental Budget No.1. <br /> Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. <br />e There being no requests to testify, Mayor Obie closed the public hearing. <br /> CB 2991--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making <br /> appropriations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal <br /> year beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, 1988; <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> Mr. Holmer moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be <br /> read the second time by council bill number only, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be <br /> considered at this time.
