Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Improvement Petitions <br /> Mr. Whitlow said that these were routine improvement petitions and noted that <br /> this was only the first step in the assessment process and that staff would <br /> return to the council to set dates for public hearings on the improvements and <br /> to award the contracts. <br /> 1. Street paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer in 7th Avenue <br /> (affected property on petition--assessable costs: paving, 100 <br /> percent; sewers, 100 percent; City cost, none) <br /> Res. No. 3711--A resolution authorizing street paving, sanitary <br /> sewer, and storm sewer construction in 7th Avenue <br /> cul-de-sac on the south side of West 7th Avenue, <br />e 600 feet east of Bailey Hill Road (1977). <br /> Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Intersection reconstruction at 13th Avenue (affected property on <br /> petition--assessable costs: paving--total front footage/front <br /> footage petitioned, 162 feet, 100 percent; City cost, none) <br /> Res. No. 3712--A resolution authorizing intersection reconstruction <br /> at 13th Avenue, Franklin Boulevard, and Villard <br /> Street, to serve tax lots 17-03-33-32-05800 and <br /> -05900 (2070). <br /> Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3.
