Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. C. Call for Public Hearings 1. Street vacations a. City of Eugene: Clayton Hills Plat (SV 81-4) (map distributed) CB 2512--An ordinance calling a public hearing for October 20, 1982, re: street vacation for City of Eugene--C1ayton Hills Plat, located on the north side of Del1wood Drive and south of 37th Avenue. Mr. Obi e moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. Council Bill 2512 was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote. All councilors present voting aye, the bill ~as declared passed and numbered 19014. e b. City of Eugene: Portion of Dove Lane (SV 82-2) (map distributed) CB 2513--An ordinance calling a public hearing for October 20, 1982, re: street vacation for City of Eugene--port ion of Dove Lane located on the south side of Dove Lane east of Echo Hollow Road. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. Council Bill 2513 was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Ro 11 call vote.
