He said the five <br /> resolutions calling for public hearings regarding withdrawals from water districts <br /> resulted from recent annexations. <br /> Res. No. 3811--A resolution calling for a public hearing for <br /> December 14, 1983, to consider withdrawal of <br /> property from the River Road Water District <br /> (Petitti A/I 83-1). <br /> Res. No. 3812--A resolution calling for a public hearing for <br /> December 14, 1983, to consider withdrawal of <br /> property from the Santa Clara Water District <br /> (City of Eugene/MWMC A/I 83-2). <br /> Res. No. 3813--A resolution calling for a public hearing for <br /> December 14, 1983, to consider withdrawal of <br /> property from the River Road Water District <br /> (City of Eugene/MWMC A/I 83-2). <br /> Res. No. 3814--A resolution calling for a public hearing for <br /> December 14, 1983, to consider withdrawal of <br /> property from the Santa Clara Water District <br /> (Hamilton, Hood et al. A/I 83-5). <br />e Res. No. 3815--A resolution calling for a public hearing for <br /> December 14, 1983, to consider withdrawal of <br /> property from the Santa Clara Water District <br /> (Hutchinson, et al. A/I 83-6). <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to adopt the resolutions. <br /> Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> D. Street Vacation for River's Edge PUD (Riverside Realty) (SV 80-2) <br /> (memo distributed) <br /> City Manager Micheal Gleason said the original hearing on the item was held two <br /> years ago. He said that four of the current councilors were not present at that <br /> hearing and staff had to ensure that the remaining four councilors were actually <br /> present at the hearing to ensure a quorum. He recommended that the item be <br /> removed from the agenda until staff could make that determination. In response <br /> to a question, City Attorney Tim Sercombe said the item would be held over to <br /> the next council meeting. He said that staff would present a transcript or <br /> record of the hearing to those councilors who had not been present so that the <br /> vacation could be considered next week. <br /> IV. REVISIONS TO BUSINESS LICENSE TABLE (memo, ordinance distributed) <br /> City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the agenda item.
