He said he would also <br /> express to the Gove~nor the council's appreciation for the work of the Oregon <br /> Art Council. <br /> M. Appointment to the Design Review Committee for 6th/7th Avenues <br /> Councilor Holmer said he was concerned with the size and composition of the <br />e Design Review Committee and suggested that it be expanded. Mayor Keller said <br /> the council was only considering the appointment of Mr. Hansen as the council's <br /> representative at that time. Mr. Gleason said council had directed staff to <br /> quickly establish the committee so work could begin on recommendations to the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to appoint Dick Hansen as <br /> the City Council representative to the Design Review Committee for <br /> 6th and 7th avenues.
