Jerry Jacobson of the Planning Department presented the staff report, reviewing the staff notes of December 6, 1983, on the rezoning application. He stated that the Planning Commission recommended a change of zone to City C-2/SR Community Commercial District with Site Review procedures with a Sign District designation of Outlying Commercial.
