Finance Director Warren Wong presented the <br />sta ff report. <br /> <br />Councilor Wooten opened the public hearing. Hearing no requests to speak, she <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />CB 2821--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making <br />appropriations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal <br />year beginning July 1,1984, and ending June 30,1985; <br />and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be read <br />the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous con- <br />sent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br />time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be <br />approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all coun- <br />cilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and <br />became Ordinance No. 19323). <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ms. Wooten recessed the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convened the <br />meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. <br /> <br />B. Eugene Urban Renewal Agency Supplemental Budget #3 <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason introduced the item. There were no questions regarding the <br />supplemental budget. <br /> <br />Res. No. 913--A resolution adopting a supplemental budget; <br />making appropriations for the Eugene Renewal <br />Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984, <br />and ending June 30. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Wooten adjourned the meeting of the Eu~ene Urban Renewal Agency and recon- <br />vened the meeting of the Eugene City Councll. <br /> <br />IV. PRESENTATION ON LANE COUNTY'S HOMELESS AND HUNGRY <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason introduced the item. Ms. Wooten said she had asked that this <br />report be made to the council.
