III. PUBLIC HEARIN~S e A. City of Eugene Supplemental Budget #4 Mr. Gleason introduced the item. Finance Director Warren Wong presented the sta ff report. Councilor Wooten opened the public hearing. Hearing no requests to speak, she closed the public hearing. CB 2821--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal year beginning July 1,1984, and ending June 30,1985; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous con- sent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, 7:0. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all coun- cilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and became Ordinance No. 19323). e Ms. Wooten recessed the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convened the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. B. Eugene Urban Renewal Agency Supplemental Budget #3 Mr. Gleason introduced the item. There were no questions regarding the supplemental budget. Res. No. 913--A resolution adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations for the Eugene Renewal Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984, and ending June 30. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the resolu- tion. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, 7:0. Ms. Wooten adjourned the meeting of the Eu~ene Urban Renewal Agency and recon- vened the meeting of the Eugene City Councll. IV. PRESENTATION ON LANE COUNTY'S HOMELESS AND HUNGRY Mr. Gleason introduced the item. Ms. Wooten said she had asked that this report be made to the council.
