Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, <br />6:0. <br /> <br />Council Bill 4202 was read the second time by number only. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be <br />approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all <br />councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed <br />(and became Ordinance No. 19673). <br /> <br />Mayor Miller adjourned the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convened <br />the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency. <br /> <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARING: URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NUMBER 2 <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. <br /> <br />Mayor Miller opened the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, <br />the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Res. No. 945--A resolution adopting a supplemental budget; <br />making appropriations for the Urban Renewal <br />Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, <br />1989, and ending June 30, 1990. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the <br />resolution. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, <br />6:0. <br /> <br />Mayor Miller adjourned the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency and reconvened <br />the meeting of the Eugene City Council. <br /> <br />VII. POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING ON EWEB STREET AND ALLEY VACATION <br />(SV 89-3) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason explained that staff recommends postponement to May 28, 1990, to <br />allow the City and EWEB staff to finalize agreements on liability, <br />maintenance, and bike path dedications with the plaza area. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to postpone the <br />public hearing on the vacation of street and alley <br />right-of-way for the Eugene Water and Electric Board to May <br />28, 1990.
