II. APPROVAL OF SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and said that Les Lyle, Public Works Department, was present to answer questions. Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to approve the sale of a small parcel of City-owned property that lies along Dove Lane, between Taney Street and Echo Hollow Road, in compliance with conditions for tentative approval of Marvin Gardens Subdivision (S 92-8). Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously; 7:0. III. ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE EUGENE COMMERCIAL LANDS STUDY City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and said that Teresa Bishow, Planning and Development Department, was present to answer questions. He said that the amendments have been approved by the Lane County Board of Commission- ers. e CB 4415--An ordinance adopting amendments to the Eugene Commercial Lands Study. Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill, with unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at this time. Mr. MacDonald thanked councilors Bascom and Boles for negotiating an issue affecting South Eugene with the Lane County Board of Commissioners. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0. Council Bill 4415 was read the second time by number only. Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be approved and given final passage.
