APPROVAL OF SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br /> City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and said that Les Lyle, Public <br /> Works Department, was present to answer questions. <br /> Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to approve the sale of a <br /> small parcel of City-owned property that lies along Dove Lane, <br /> between Taney Street and Echo Hollow Road, in compliance with <br /> conditions for tentative approval of Marvin Gardens Subdivision <br /> (S 92-8). Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously; 7:0. <br /> III. ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE EUGENE COMMERCIAL LANDS STUDY <br /> City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and said that Teresa Bishow, <br /> Planning and Development Department, was present to answer questions. He said <br /> that the amendments have been approved by the Lane County Board of Commission- <br /> ers. <br />e CB 4415--An ordinance adopting amendments to the Eugene Commercial <br /> Lands Study. <br /> Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br /> council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time. <br /> Mr. MacDonald thanked councilors Bascom and Boles for negotiating an issue <br /> affecting South Eugene with the Lane County Board of Commissioners. <br /> Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> Council Bill 4415 was read the second time by number only. <br /> Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be approved <br /> and given final passage.
