Nv veterinarian in private practice of veterinarian <br />medicine may put to death a dog or cat under his or her care, <br />.. custody or control by any means other than the individual injec-~ <br />tion of a drug administered by the veterinarian or~animal techni~ <br />cian. <br />Section 3..
