I ~ ~0~3 <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FoR WITHDRAWAL FROM <br />THE GLENWOOD WATER DISTRICT AND <br />WILLAMALANE PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT <br />THAT PART of THE DISTRICTS ANNEXED To THE <br />CITY OF EUGENE BY THE LANE COUNTY LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION ON <br />SEPTEMBER 27~ 1989 ~oREG4N FREIGHTWAYS, EC <br />EU 89-2 6 y . <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution <br />No. 4157 adopted January 22, 1990, proposed withdrawal from <br />the Glenwood Water District and the Willamalane Park and <br />Recreation District that part of the Districts annexed to the <br />City on September 27, 1989 by the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission, as hereinafter described. <br />The Resolution set February 12, 199q, at 7:30 p.m., <br />Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in Eugene, <br />Gregor, as the time and place for hearing objections to the <br />withdrawal, and directed that notice of the time and place of <br />the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive <br />weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places <br />in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been so published in the Register Guard <br />and posted in four public places in the City of Eugene, <br />Oregon.. <br />The City is willing to assume the liabilities and <br />indebtednesses previously contracted by the Districts <br />proportionate to the part of the Districts that have been <br />annexed to the City upon the effective date of the withdrawal . <br />The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />Crdinance - l <br />
