VOTE on MAIN MOTION as AMENDED (restated): Move to direct the City Manager to <br />submit a purchase offer using Park Bond funds for Civic Stadium property to the 4 -J School <br />Board by December 3, 2013, with the offer contingent on other parties (1) entering into an <br />agreement with the City within 60 days, satisfactory to the city manager, that guarantees <br />private funds of not less than $5.5 million for the cost of renovating, maintaining and <br />operating Civic Stadium, and (2) submitting a business plan for Civic Stadium that is <br />reviewed and approved by City Council.
