The Directors of individual departments may elect to prohibit the <br />oral use of tobacco products (i.e., chewing tobacco) upon finding that vehicle <br />and /or facility cleanliness is being adversely affected by the use of such products. <br />4. Smoking will be allowed in designated outdoor patios, balconies, <br />walkways and other outdoor areas as long as smoke or vapor does not infiltrate <br />another work area. <br />3.
