F. The revisions to the Stormwater Management Manual are necessary in order for the <br />Stormwater Management Manual to be consistent with recent amendments to the stormwater <br />development standards (Ordinance No. 20421), clarify maintenance responsibilities, update <br />standard drawings, clarify facility design requirements, update application procedures and to <br />continue the proper administration of the City's adopted stormwater development standards <br />(Eugene Code 9.6790- 9.6797). <br />THEREFORE, <br />1. The Stormwater Management Manual is amended as set forth in Exhibit A <br />attached to this Order. <br />2. The Findings attached as Exhibit B to this Order are adopted in support of this <br />Administrative Order. <br />3. Administrative Order No. 58- 08 -03 -F, and the Stormwater Manual attached <br />thereto, is repealed as of the effective date of this Order. <br />Dated and effective this 7ji n day of March, 2014. <br />T R.
