The staff report must be printed and available prior to the public hearing to allow the Planning Commission, affected and interested parties and citizens an opportunity to learn more about the request and to review the staff analysis. The staff report provides only preliminary information and recommendations. The Planning Commission will also consider additional public testimony and other materials presented at the public hearing before making a recommendation to the City Council.
