Trip Distribution <br /> <br />The distribution of new trips to and from the Larson property developed as a hotel/motel will be heavily <br />weighted toward Interstate 5 during the AM and PM peak hours. A secondary origin/destination would <br />be Franklin Blvd. (Ore. 99 & Bus. 126). In order to analyze a worst-case condition for the Glenwood <br />Blvd. intersections, all traffic was assigned to use the Glenwood Blvd./Glenwood DrivefMoon Mountain <br />intersection and no trips were assigned to Laurel Hill Drive. The trip assignments fOr the Larson property <br />to the intersections in the study area for the proposed zone change development are shown in Figure 5 in <br />Appendix A. <br /> <br />3. Development Impacts - 2004 <br /> <br />The total estimated traffic at study area intersections in 2004 with the proposed zone change will be the <br />sum of the existing traffic volumes (Figure 3) and the hotel/motel trips (Figure 5). Total peak hour <br />traffic at thc study area intersections is shown in Figure 6 in Appendix A. The results of the LOS <br />analyses for the study area intersections with the proposed zone change compared to the existing 2003 <br />conditions, are shown in Table 4.
