COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 20545 <br />COUNCIL BILL 5130 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD <br />METROPOLITAN AREA GENERAL PLAN TO ENABLE THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY SPECIFIC URBAN GROWTH <br />BOUNDARIES AND COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING <br />DOCUMENTS; ADOPTING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />ADOPTED: November 24, 2014 <br />SIGNED: November 25, 2014 <br />PASSED: 8:0 <br />REJECTED: <br />OPPOSED: <br />ABSENT: <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />Section 4. <br />Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the <br />Eugene Charter of 2002, this ordinance shall become effective upon the date <br />that the last governing body (Eugene City Council, Springfield City Council, or <br />Lane County Board of Commissioners) adopts an ordinance approving the same <br />amendments as those set out in Sections 1, 2, and 3 of this Ordinance, or 30 <br />days from the date of passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor, <br />whichever is later. <br />
