September 9, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 Eugene City Hall <br /> <br />2.1 Facility Overview <br /> <br />The City of Eugene, Oregon City Hall complex is located at 777 Pearl Street, Eugene. <br /> <br />The City Hall complex was designed in 1962 and built in 1964. Its structural systems are <br />a combination of moment-resisting non-ductile reinforced concrete frames coupled with <br />some reinforced concrete shear walls. <br /> <br />According to Dames and Moore (1995), the facility has an insured value of $14,713,740 <br /> ($1995). City Hall Complex - Replacement Values ($1995) <br /> <br /> The City Hall complex is a low-rise two-story concrete structure. Approximate plan <br /> dimensions of the complex is 323' x 323'. There are two main levels for the complex: <br /> <br /> o Parking Level. This is at- or slightly below grade, and covers the entire complex. <br /> Most of the level is used for parking of city vehicles (police cars, etc.) and office <br /> worker cars.
