<br />The committee would like to point out how progressive the municipal court is, with <br />such programs as Mental Health Court, Paso a Paso, and several educational <br />diversion programs, and how helpful the court's responsiveness is in meeting the <br />community's changing needs. <br /> <br />The committee was impressed with the remarkably high performance ratings received <br />in response to the survey. We agree with these survey responses and strongly agree <br />that Judge Allen meets the performance standards outlined earlier in this report. No <br />areas of concern were noted. The committee recommends to the Eugene City Council <br />that Judge Allen be reappointed for another four-year term. <br />
