directives of the City Council, the amount charged by the city in the past, the full costs of providing the services supported by the fee, the amounts charged by other comparable providers, and the revenue needs of the city as determined by the adopted city budget. In addition, the fee amendments are necessary to comply with the requirements of Section 2.608 of the Eugene Code, 1971, that the fees be in the public interest, ensure that ambulance service not draw on the general revenues of the City, and that those who receive the service pay in proportion to the cost of the service provided. On the basis of these findings, I order that: 1. The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Order are established as the fees to be charged for the described services unless, within 30 days from the date of this order adopting the revised Rate Schedule, this Order is appealed to the City Council in the manner provided in Section 2.608 of the Eugene Code, 1971. 2. The unamended fees established by Administrative Order No. 52- 14 -01 -F remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the updated fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. 3. Administrative Order No. 52- 14 -01 -F is repealed as of the effective date of this Order, unless this Order is appealed as set forth in paragraph 1 above. Dated this e' day of April, 2015. Jon R.
