The front of the building will have <br /> prominent pillars with a brick facade adding to the neighborhood characten <br /> <br /> Safety is a priority in this design with secured door entries, secured underneath parking <br /> garage with remote controls coupled with a s~cured bicycle fenced garage inside the <br /> parking garage. <br /> <br /> 8) Number of units designed for home ownership. <br /> Since this is a complex tbr rentals, home ownership would not apply. <br /> <br /> <br />
