I understand that you will be <br />applying for the Multi-Unit Rental Housing Property Tax Exemption Program. <br /> <br />You asked me to verify that there are no historic properties on tax lot #7400, assessor's <br />map 17-03-32-23. The Lane County Regional Land Information Database verifies that <br />this parcel is vacant and currently used for automobile parking. <br /> <br />I had the pleasure of conferring with the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity House a few years ago <br />when they undertook their major renovation which is very successful, and an asset to <br />the area.
