6.2 Future Implementation Schedule <br />The City intends to review and evaluate the transition plan, the schedule and the ADA program for <br />the right of way on an annual basis. The review and evaluation will include the following tasks: <br />• Annually update curb ramp and APS inventory data as projects are completed. All projects <br />are inspected during construction and upon completion of the work to ensure compliance; <br />• Annually assess progress on an end -of -calendar year schedule and make any <br />recommendations to administratively update schedules and Plan documents; <br />• Review requests for service and grievances received throughout the year and evaluate <br />decision making and responsiveness; <br />• Post annual evaluation results to the public website. <br />i. Public Outreach and Participation <br />8.1 Draft Transition Platz <br />An opportunity for public review and comment on the transition plan was made available to <br />interested persons, including those with disabilities or organizations representing individuals with <br />disabilities. The City's self-evaluation and input received during the public comment period will be <br />retained for three years. <br />There were three primary goals for the public outreach activities prior to adopting the plan: <br />1. Meet Title II requirements for public comment opportunity. <br />2. Inform public about City's plan and processes regarding removal of barriers to accessibility <br />within the right of way. Provide information to assist interested parties to understand the <br />issues faced by the City, alternatives considered and planned actions. <br />3. Obtain public comment to identify any errors or gaps in the proposed accessibility transition <br />plan for the public rights of way, specifically on prioritization and grievance processes. <br />A Plan review and comment period between May 4, 2015 and May 31, 2015 was provided prior to <br />final Plan preparation for adoption.
