Section 3. The City's Housing Policy Board shall report to the City Council in five years of the <br />effective date of this Resolution to give an account of the impact of the repeal of the 1996 Housing <br />Dispersal Policy. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Section 2 of this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. This <br />Resolution in its entirety, including the repeal of Resolution No. 4477 and the 1996 Housing Dispersal <br />Policy adopted therein, shall become effective upon the date the City Council approves the Consolidated <br />Plan for Housing and Community Development Needs containing the housing dispersal policies as <br />directed in Section 2 of this Resolution. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution adopted the day of January, 2005. <br /> <br /> City Recorder <br /> <br /> L:\CMO\2005 Council Agendas\M050110\S0501103C.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
