Criteria, the S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special Area Zone applies only to the <br />parcel of land located at 370 River Road, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-04-25-21, Tax Lot <br />7404, as shown on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> (c) S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special Area Zone Land Use and <br />Permit Requirements.
