That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. L. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1233, approved February 5, 2004, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 19, 2004: Tax Lot 500, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-44, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, west of Scenic Drive, north of Wilkes Drive, east of Castrey Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
