That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. O. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1236, approved June 3, 2004, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19, 2004: A portion of Tax Lot 1100, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of River Loop #1, south terminus of Kendra Street, west of Admiral Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
