<br />Move to appoint Cythnia Kokis to Position 5, an advocacy representative on the Toxics Board <br />for a three-year term beginning on November 1, 2007, and ending on October 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning Committee <br />There are four vacancies for Eugene residents on the committee. Five applications were received, <br />two of whom were from current members seeking reappointment. The Mayor reviewed the <br />applications and makes the following nominations: <br /> <br />Move to reappoint Charles Biggs to Position 8 on the Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning <br />Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2007, and ending on October 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Move to reappoint Howard Bonnett to Position 9 on the Whilamut Natural Area Citizen <br />Planning Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2007, and ending on October <br />31, 2010. <br /> <br />Move to appoint William Hughes to Position 1 on the Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning <br />Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2007, and ending on October 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Move to appoint Susan Reddoor to Position 2 on the Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning <br />Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2007, and ending on October 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Police Commission <br />There are four vacancies on the Police Commission; three due to term limits and one due to term <br />expiration. Thirteen applications were received, including one from a current member who wishes <br />to be considered for reappointment. Mayor Piercy interviewed candidates and makes the <br />following nominations: <br /> <br />Move to reappoint John Hare to Position 1 on the Police Commission for a four-year term <br />beginning November 1, 2007, and expiring October 31, 2011. <br /> <br />Move to appoint Juan Carlos Valle to Position 2 on the Police Commission for a four-year term <br />beginning November 1, 2007, and expiring October 31, 2011. <br /> <br />Move to appoint r Brooke Dodge to Position 3 on the Police Commission for a four-year term <br />beginning November 1, 2007, and expiring October 31, 2011. <br /> <br />Move to appoint Timothy Mueller to Position 8 on the Police Commission for a four-year term <br />beginning November 1, 2007, and expiring October 31, 2011. <br /> <br />Lane Regional Air Protection Agency <br />There are two vacancies for Eugene residents on the committee, both due to the expiration of <br />terms. Four applications were received, two of whom were from current members seeking <br />reappointment.
