In the long run it will be more <br />sustainable to use the land properly. The demolition must model sustainable <br />practices and reuse the materials. The council has already made this <br />decision after a lot of study. <br />There are many underutilized plazas in Eugene. Why are you making another? <br />This can be smaller than other plazas and programmed properly <br />
