<br />EXHIBIT 2 <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION INFORMATIONAL BROCHURE <br /> <br />This document describes state and local condominium conversion processes and <br />tenant rights provided by both local and state law, and what opportunities for <br />involvement are provided. <br /> <br />PART 1 - CITY OF EUGENE PERMIT PROCESS <br /> <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />The following information is a brief description of the process the City of Eugene <br />(lithe City") follows to evaluate permit applications for condominium and <br />cooperative conversions. <br /> <br />For more information concerning this process, refer to Sections 2.1060 through <br />2.1084 of the Eugene Code, the Administrative Rules issued by the City <br />Manager, or call the Planning & Development Department, Community <br />Development Division, at 682-5071. <br /> <br />Applicabilitv of Reaulations <br /> <br />The City regulates the conversion of more than two rental dwelling units to <br />condominiums or cooperatives by requiring that the Owner/Developer/Applicant <br />obtain a permit before the sale of any converted condominium unit or cooperative <br />share. <br /> <br />Prior to Submittina a Permit Application <br /> <br />The Owner/Developer/Applicant must deliver to the tenants a Notice of Planned <br />Condominium Conversion. The notice must also be sent, at the same time, to <br />the City of Eugene Planning & Development Department, Community <br />Development Division, 99 West 10th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97401 along with <br />an affidavit providing a list of tenants who received the Notice of Planned <br />Condominium Conversion and the dates of delivery to those tenants.
