<br />ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Crest Drive Community Team Decision-making <br /> <br />• Follow the consensus model of building agreement through working <br />collaboratively, the use of survey and people answering in the <br />affirmative the following: <br />1. I have heard and been heard in the process <br />2. At this time this is the best solution and I support it. <br /> <br />• In determining consensus on major decisions the group will utilize the <br />survey method with each member indicating their level of support for <br />the decision using the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 scale. <br />5 = “really like and will support and help implement” <br />4= “Like, although I may not be involved in implementation <br />3= “neutral, or need/want more data” <br />2 = Dislike, but will support the decision and will not sabotage <br />1= really dislike and will counter-propose” <br /> <br />• If a member indicates a one “really dislike and will counter propose”, <br />that member must be willing to counter-propose or stand aside. The <br />member has until the next meeting to prepare a counterproposal. <br /> <br />• The CDCT CSS process is the sole design and public involvement <br />process. <br /> <br />• Two City staff are included as participants in the decision process <br /> <br />• Official action may be taken by the committee when a quorum is <br />present. A quorum shall consist of 14 of the appointed members. <br />Official action on new issues will be tabled tot he following meeting. <br /> <br />• Alternates may participate in any CDCT discussions. <br /> <br />• Alternates attending in the absence of a member will participate in any <br />decisions <br /> <br />
